Boxers are some of the most fit, lean and athletic creatures on the planet. With B3 at our gym in Hartford, CT, we incorporate many of the classic training components of boxing into a fast paced, circuit training-style workout that includes core work, resistance training and aerobic conditioning. Plus, it feels good to hit stuff.
*Boxing gloves are available but we encourage participants to bring their own pair.
This is HVIT on steroids. Take circuit training, Boot Camp, HIIT training, resistance training, athletic training, and playground exercises… mix vigorously and top with whipped cream and a cherry… Oh, so yummy! OK, that was weird, but you get the idea. At our gym in West Hartford, this is our signature class. Lasts nearly 1 hour. To the untrained observer, it appears highly dangerous, but this class is suitable for all fitness levels.
